SHIPPING/Processing POLICY

Hi Beauties! Check out our shipping policy to set expectations on when you will receive your order!

Processing time: Domestic & International Orders

  • We hand make all products fresh weekly, so please expect a processing time of 1-8 business days

  • All orders placed Monday- Wednesday will be shipped every Saturday before noon. 

  • All orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday before 5 pm CST. 

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority and include insurance for each package. This insurance covers Lost, Stolen, and Damaged packages.

Shipping Rates: USPS Priority & USPS Priority International

Shipping cost may vary depending on your location & shipment weight. These rates are calculated through the USPS's real-time shipping calculator. 

Shipping is FREE for orders  $40 and up (Domestic Orders).

For international shipping, we currently offer USPS Priority International​. Shipping rates may vary depending on your country's destination & shipment weight. These rates are calculated through the USPS's real-time shipping calculator. There are certain countries we are restricted to ship to. These countries include - Libya, Madagascar, Panama, Turkmenistan, Cuba, Sierra Leone, Yemen, Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Liberia.

Shipping is FREE for orders $60 and up (International Orders)

Lead times:

  • Packages are mostly received within one business day if you are local to Arizona (excludes Sunday).

  • For states outside of Arizona, packages are mostly received within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays).

  • International orders may have a varied shipping time depending on the country and customs. (We may use another shipping company for international orders and you will be notified via email).

Tracking numbers are received a day before your order is shipped. Tracking numbers usually update 24-48 hours once your package has been dropped off.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hi Beauty! Due to the nature of our business and sanitary concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive products that were inaccurate from what you've ordered, we will exchange your products at no additional cost. The items MUST be unopened and unused in order to be eligible for return. You must report all damaged, stolen or incorrect orders within 3 days after receiving the items.
